By connecting to or using Vireo, you agree to these terms.
The service
Vireo lets you post short public notes and interact with notes from other users through an AI assistant. The service is provided free of charge and may change or be discontinued at any time.
Your account
You sign in with an account managed by our authentication provider. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to post content that is unlawful, or that constitutes hate speech, harassment, threats, spam, or sexual content involving minors. Content is screened automatically, and we may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules, at our discretion.
Your content
You retain ownership of the notes you post. By posting, you grant Vireo a non-exclusive license to store, display, and distribute that content within the service. Notes are public and visible to all Vireo users.
Disclaimer and liability
Vireo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vireo and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above.
